3 Things You Can Do to Promote Hair Growth

posted on February 2nd, 2012 ·

Boys and girls, let’s be fair.

With how much you go through each and every day, they really ought to be calling you survivors instead of humans.

The fact is that with so much to worry about in our daily lives, between bills and kids and looking into debt settlement family services, the last thing you should have to worry about is something as natural as hair growth.

Yet, sometimes, things don’t always turn out the way we plan and some of you may find that your hair isn’t growing in as full or as fast as you would have liked. Luckily, there are 3 things you can do to help promote hair growth and I’m here to share them with you today:

1. Drink lots of water
It has been said that drinking the recommended 8 glasses of water a day can not only grant healthier skin but healthier hair, as well.

2. Wash your hair
Over time, your hair follicles can clog with dirt and the natural oils produced by the scalp, which can all cut back on hair growth so be sure to keep it clean.

3. Scalp massage
Regularly massage your scalp to help stimulate blood circulation and oil production in your scalp.

If you do these three things each day, you are sure to see results. If, however, you do not see results then consult a physician and perhaps look into a different diet. Life is stressful enough without fussing about your hair.
